Marketing Specialist

Summary: We're looking for a results-driven Marketing Specialist to execute a full spectrum of marketing initiatives that will fuel company growth. You'll leverage a deep understanding of digital marketing channels while implementing a data-driven, experimental approach to identify and unlock new growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Execution:

    • Develop and implement successful multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, etc.).

    • Conduct keyword research and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies

    • Create compelling marketing content in various formats (blog posts, videos, graphics, social media assets, email, etc.).

    • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms.

  • Growth Experimentation:

    • Continuously identify, prioritize, and test new growth tactics and channels.

    • Develop A/B testing strategies to optimize conversion rates throughout the funnel.

    • Collaborate with product and development teams on marketing-driven product feature launches and enhancements.

  • Analysis & Optimization:

    • Track and analyze key marketing metrics, present findings, and suggest data-driven optimizations.

    • Use analytics tools to understand customer behavior and optimize user flows.

    • Perform customer segmentation to support targeted campaigns and personalization efforts.

  • Collaboration & Communication:

    • Partner closely with sales to nurture leads and design sales enablement materials.

    • Work cross-functionally to drive growth initiatives and share insights across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience with a proven track record in digital marketing and/or growth-related roles.

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

  • Expertise in core digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing).

  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) and A/B testing platforms

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in SaaS or tech industries.

  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.

  • Growth hacking experience, with a creative approach to finding new acquisition channels.
