We are seeking a talented Creative Designer & Visual Content Creator to bring our brand to life through impactful visual content. This role is responsible for designing a wide variety of visual elements—ranging from marketing videos, PowerPoint presentations, graphics, product demos, office photography, to social media creatives. You will work closely with our Growth Marketing Specialist to help create a cohesive brand image and visually engaging content across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Multimedia Production: Create and edit product videos, demos, promotional content, and short-format videos to be used in social media and marketing campaigns.
Graphic Design: Develop visual assets such as social media posts, banners, flyers, illustrations, infographics, and marketing materials.
Presentation Design: Craft compelling and visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for pitches, webinars, and internal meetings. Video
Editing: Manage video projects end-to-end, from conceptualization, script assistance, to editing and final production.
Office Photography & Branding: Capture office photos for internal branding, website, and recruitment purposes, maintaining a fresh visual representation of our work culture.
Collaboration: Work in partnership with the Growth Marketing Specialist to execute campaigns, develop visual branding assets, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, multimedia production, or a similar creative role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, or other related software.
Creativity & Storytelling: Ability to craft visually engaging stories through graphics and video content, with a solid understanding of visual hierarchy and color theory.
Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail, ensuring brand guidelines are followed and visual content is of high quality.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to articulate ideas clearly, understand the team's needs, and align work with the company's visual identity.
Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with strong time management skills.
