We're seeking a highly organized, strategic, and proactive individual to join our Founder's Office. You'll play a pivotal role in enabling our founders to focus on the company's vision by streamlining operations, managing key projects, and ensuring seamless communication across our fast-growing organization. Responsibilities:

Project Management & Strategy

  • Act as a liaison between the founders and various departments, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

  • Own and track progress on special projects and initiatives as assigned by the founders.

  • Research, synthesize, and present information to support decision-making.

Stakeholder Relationship Management:

  • Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including investors, board members, partners, and high-profile clients.

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

Office Administration & Optimization

  • Develop and implement efficient systems and processes to streamline Founder's Office operations.

  • Manage budgets, expense reports, and vendor relationships as needed.

Executive Support & Operations

  • Manage founders' complex schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Prioritize and filter incoming communications, ensuring founders are focused on high-value tasks.

  • Draft correspondence, presentations, reports, and other critical documents.

  • Coordinate logistics and manage preparations for key meetings, conferences, or events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • 1-4 years of experience supporting C-level executives or in a similar demanding role (adjust based on desired seniority).

  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

  • Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and handle ambiguity with a solution-oriented mindset.

  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proactive, resourceful, and takes ownership of tasks from start to finish.

Highly Desirable:

  • Startup experience or experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Familiarity with Analytics tool, Product Hunt.
