Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the founders, tracking progress and managing timelines.
Assist with event planning and execution, including venue arrangements, guest lists, and logistics.
Office Administration:
Contribute to maintaining an organized and smooth-running Founder's Office.
Learn to utilize office tools and software to streamline processes.
Executive Support & Operations
Manage founders' complex schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prioritize and filter incoming communications, ensuring founders are focused on high-value tasks.
Draft correspondence, presentations, reports, and other critical documents.
Coordinate logistics and manage preparations for key meetings, conferences, or events.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Proactive, resourceful, and eager to take initiative.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Interest in startups and entrepreneurship.
