Job Description
We are looking for an HR Generalist with 1-3 years of experience to join our team and support the daily functions of our Human Resources department. In this role, you will work on a variety of HR activities, from recruitment to employee engagement, ensuring a positive work environment for all team members. You will assist in implementing HR policies, managing employee records, coordinating onboarding processes, and supporting HR initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, people-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information with integrity.
Key Responsibilities
· Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and managing job postings. Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
· Employee Relations: Be the point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, leave, and benefits. Foster positive employee relations by supporting engagement initiatives.
· HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, handle employee documentation, and ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
· Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of employee benefits, ensuring accurate and timely communication about health benefits, leave policies, and other HR-related matters.
· Performance Management: Support the performance review process by coordinating timelines, communicating with employees, and helping ensure feedback is constructive and timely.
· Policy Implementation: Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring all team members understand company guidelines.
· Employee Engagement: Help organize and execute employee engagement activities, team-building events, and wellness programs to ensure a positive and inclusive work culture.
· Compliance & Reporting: Maintain compliance with labor regulations and assist in preparing necessary reports and documentation.
Requirements
· 1-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
· Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Experience with HR software and tools, such as HRIS, ATS, or payroll systems.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good to Have
· Experience in the technology or IT consulting industry.
