Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and provide support for the daily operations of our Human Resources department. As an HR Intern, you will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources, work alongside experienced HR professionals, and learn the skills necessary for a future career in HR. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Onboarding Assistance: Help organize and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
Employee Records Management: Support the HR team in maintaining accurate employee records, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Employee Engagement Activities: Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building events and wellness activities.
HR Administration: Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining databases, preparing reports, and updating employee information.
Policy Communication: Assist in communicating HR policies and procedures to employees and answer any related questions.
Learning & Development: Participate in HR meetings and training sessions to gain insight into various HR processes and best practices.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in Human Resources and desire to learn about different HR functions.
Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Good to Have
Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
Previous internship experience in Human Resources or administrative roles.
Understanding of basic labor laws and employment regulations.
Experience with event planning or employee engagement activities.
