Sales and Business Development

We're looking for a results-driven Sales and Business Development Representative to drive revenue growth for both our IT services and SaaS solutions. You'll excel at building relationships, understanding complex needs, and confidently articulating the value our offerings provide. Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    • Proactively identify and qualify potential clients across the IT services and SaaS sectors.

    • Conduct thorough market research to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.

    • Utilize various strategies, including cold outreach, social selling, networking, and referrals.

  • Needs Assessment & Solution Selling:

    • Engage with key decision-makers to uncover pain points, business challenges, and desired outcomes.

    • Develop a deep understanding of both our IT services and SaaS product capabilities, tailoring solutions to address client needs.

    • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations highlighting the value of our solutions.

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle and beyond.

    • Become a trusted advisor, proactively identifying opportunities for upsells and cross-sells within existing accounts.

  • Sales Process & Pipeline Management:

    • Effectively manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.

    • Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and work collaboratively with internal teams to secure wins.

    • Accurately forecast sales, track progress, and maintain detailed CRM records.

  • Market & Competitive Intelligence:

    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings relevant to both IT services and the SaaS landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 1-4 years of proven sales experience, with demonstrated success in IT, SaaS, or a technology-related domain.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a target-driven environment.

  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and articulate complex solutions.

Highly Desired:

  • Experience selling both on-premise or infrastructure-related IT solutions, as well as cloud-based SaaS products.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales enablement tools.
